Privacy Policy

Logical Cube Pty Limited (ACN 601 511 022, ABN 22 601 511 022) (“Logical Cube”, “we”, “us” or “our”) operates the website at twinteams.com under its TwinTeams brand. TwinTeams is a brand and trademark of Logical Cube Pty Limited. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use our website or contact us.

Last updated: 3 July 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to the TwinTeams website, enquiry forms and related communications. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and with other privacy laws where they apply to you.

By using the website or submitting information to us, you agree to your personal information being handled as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or send us information.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect personal information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide. When you submit a contact form, team-builder brief, recruiter partner enquiry, portfolio support enquiry or candidate enquiry, we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, company or organisation, enquiry type and the content of your message.
  • Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our providers may collect your IP address, approximate location (country, region, city and time zone derived from your IP), browser and device information, referring page, and pages viewed.
  • Campaign and attribution data. Where present, we may record marketing parameters (such as UTM source, medium and campaign) and the page from which you submitted an enquiry.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive information through the website. Please do not send us sensitive information unless we specifically ask for it.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to your enquiry, brief or application and continue the conversation;
  • assess and plan a potential engagement, partnership or role;
  • send you confirmation of your enquiry and related correspondence;
  • operate, secure, maintain and improve the website;
  • measure interest in our services and understand how the website is used;
  • protect against spam, fraud, abuse and security threats; and
  • comply with our legal obligations.

We rely on your consent for non-essential analytics and any marketing communications, and on our legitimate business interests for operating the website and responding to enquiries.

4. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, to remember your consent choices and — where you consent — for analytics.

By default we collect anonymous, cookieless usage data (such as pages viewed) to understand aggregate website traffic — no cookies or persistent identifiers are stored on your device and no profile is built about you. If you accept analytics through our cookie banner, we enable cookies and persistent identifiers so we can measure usage across visits. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in our website footer.

We use Google Analytics and PostHog for this measurement. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings, though blocking some cookies may affect how the website works.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third parties to run the website and respond to enquiries. They handle personal information only to provide their services to us, and each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy (linked below).

6. International Data Handling

We operate from Australia, Singapore and Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi). Your information may be accessed by our team in these locations.

Some of our service providers store or process information in other countries, including the United States and other locations where they operate. Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with this Policy and applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to maintain business records, or to meet our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the details in section 14.

Information held on our behalf by the service providers listed in section 5 is also retained and deleted in accordance with each provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure — including encryption in transit, access controls, and reputable infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Subject to the APPs and applicable law, you may:

  • request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or out of date;
  • ask us to delete your information, where we are able to;
  • withdraw your consent to analytics or marketing at any time; and
  • make a privacy complaint.

To make a request, contact us using the details in section 14. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

10. Marketing Communications

If you submit an enquiry, we may add you to our mailing list and send you relevant updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Transactional messages, such as a reply to your enquiry, are not marketing.

11. Third-Party Links

The website may link to third-party websites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information to them.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the “Last updated” date shown above. Material changes take effect when posted.

13. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles or mishandled your information, please contact us (section 14) and we will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
